Refund policy

We are confident that you will love fishing our custom baits more than any other baits. In the unusual event that you need to return or exchange your baits, the following is our policy:

• Please request returns or exchanges of your baits within 45 days of purchasing your baits.
• Please only request returns or exchanges of your baits that are unused and in their original and unopened packaging. 

Requests for returns or exchanges outside of 45 days from date of purchase will be handled on a case by case basis.
